Returns & Exchanges

At Ravin, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with all fashion tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Ravin account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and the packing slip are included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
